REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Giant Digital Services provides marketing, advertising, and media-buying services that involve immediate allocation of resources and third-party costs. As such, all payments made for services are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

1. Service Delivery

Once a campaign has been launched, services are considered rendered and refunds will not be issued.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
  • If Giant Digital Services is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon campaign due to internal error or technical failure.
  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.
In such cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

3. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing and advertising results can vary based on audience behavior, market changes, and third-party platform conditions. For this reason, we do not guarantee specific results or returns on investment, and refunds will not be provided on the basis of campaign performance.

4. Cancellations

  • Campaign cancellations must be requested in writing before the campaign start date.
  • If cancellation occurs after a campaign has gone live, no refund will be issued.

Service Level Guarantee

Giant Digital Services is committed to delivering high-quality marketing and advertising services. While specific campaign results cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, we provide the following assurances:
  1. Timely Campaign Launch Campaigns will launch on or before the agreed date. In the event of a delay caused solely by Giant Digital Services, we will provide a credit equal to the undelivered portion of the campaign.
  2. Accurate Delivery If a campaign is executed in a manner materially inconsistent with the agreed terms (e.g., incorrect targeting, placement, or format), Giant Digital Services will either:
    • Correct and re-run the affected portion of the campaign at no additional cost, or
    • Apply a credit toward a future campaign of equal value.
  3. Reporting & Transparency We guarantee access to real-time or periodic reporting (as agreed in writing), clearly detailing campaign delivery metrics and spend allocations.
  4. Limitations This Service Level Guarantee does not apply to:
    • Variations in campaign performance due to external factors (e.g., third-party platform algorithms, audience behavior, market changes).
    • Issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
    • Campaign delays resulting from client approvals or late provision of assets.
